*Grants Management: “How to Manage a Grant”

This class will provide administrators with general guidelines and procedures for managing grant funds that their schools may currently have, or that may be awarded to their schools in the future.  Regulations, requirements, and procedures for administrators charged with implementing grant projects will be reviewed. This training includes information on how grants relate to personnel, the purchasing process, and evaluation. This class will also provide an overview of the Grants Development & Administration Department. Information regarding the function and structure of the department will be provided and the training will give an indication of various grants currently operating in CCSD.

The session is online and self-paced.

This class will provide administrators, or their designees, with information related to locating potential grant funding for school projects, writing grant proposals (including evaluation plans), and managing grant funds.
