All Licensed Personnel applying for a grant should receive approval from their site administrator.

The American Music Education Initiative: Lois Bailey Glenn Awards
Teachers everywhere can send in their lessons that use American music. The lessons can be for any subject, in any grade K-12; they can use any type of American music. Teachers whose lessons are selected as Finalists will receive grants of $1000. Semi-finalist teachers will receive grants of $500.
Coca-Cola Company and National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts Distinguished Teachern strong Arts Program
The Coca-Cola Company and NFAA recognize outstanding high school teachers in the arts. Teachers are selected by their students – both past and present. Each ARTS winner provides NFAA with the names of two teachers who have had the most profound influence on their artistic development. NFAA selects two teachers each year for this honor. These teachers are invited to participate in ARTS Week held in Miami, Florida. The Coca-Cola Company underwrites all expenses associated with the Distinguished Teachers in the Arts awards, including the cost of the teachers’ transportation to Miami, accommodations, meals and a $1,000 stipend each.
Grammy Foundation: Music Educator Award
The Grammy Foundation Music Educator Award recognizes music teachers for their extraordinary impact. Maximum award: $10,000. Eligibility: Current educators in the U.S. who teach music in public or private schools, kindergarten through college.
IACA Non-Profit Mini-Grant Program
For community arts programs and services. Funding is intended to support youth arts education, arts services, community arts programs, and leadership training.
The Noah Greenberg Award
The American Musicological Society, Inc. (AMS) annually presents The Noah Greenberg Award, established by trustees of the New York Pro Musica Antiqua. The award aims to recognize and foster outstanding contributions to historical performing practices. It is intended to stimulate active cooperation between musical scholars and performers. The award may be used to subsidize publication costs of articles, monographs, or editions, as well as public performance, recordings, or other projects.

National Arts and Humanities Youth Program Award
The National Arts and Humanities Youth Program Award is the nation’s highest honor for out-of-school arts and humanities programs that celebrate the creativity of America’s young people, particularly those from underserved communities. This award recognizes and supports excellence in programs that open new pathways to learning, self-discovery, and achievement. Maximum award: $10,000. Eligibility: programs initiated by museums, libraries, performing arts organizations, universities, colleges, arts centers, community service organizations, schools, businesses, and eligible government entities.
National Art Education Foundation

Nevada Arts Council’s Culture Grants
Quarterly grants available through the Arts Education Program, Better Education through the Arts Grants (BETA) provide funding up to $750 for individuals and organizations whose work involves the planning, implementation, and/or evaluation of arts education programs. Grant funds encourage individuals as well as nonprofit organizations and government entities to broaden their skills through participation in career enhancement activities.
Buckley Moss Foundation Teacher Grant
For a project within schools serving all children (including students who learn differently) pre-K –12, that integrates the arts into educational programs. The purpose for this grant is to aid and support teachers who wish to establish or maintain an effective learning tool using the visual arts within the school day.
Ruth Halvorsen Professional Development Grants
The National Art Education Foundation (NEAF) awards grants for projects that focus on understanding, implementation, and issues relating to the National Visual Arts Standards and that support improvement of the teaching of art. Grants may fund a specific class, workshop, institute, or seminar including tuition, room, board, study materials, and travel.
Surdna Foundation Accepting Applications for Arts Teachers Fellowship Program
Grants of up to $5,500, with a complementary grant of $1,500 to the fellow’s school will be awarded to full- and part-time high school arts faculty to supplement their artistic work and other experiences during the fellowship….
Teacher Enrichment Grant
To provide assistance, of up to $750, to music teachers for private study, specific college-level course work or other projects that will enhance the performing and teaching skills of the applicant. Teacher Enrichment Grants support Pillar Two of the MTNA mission: “Sustain the Profession,” by supporting programs/ activities designed to “ensure the long-term future of the profession.” Applicant must be actively teaching at the time of application.
